te weinig parkkeer plaatsen, geen invalide parkeerplaatsen, schoonmaken van de keuken kan beter zeker de kastjes .De info in het huisje over de apperatuur ontbreekt.

This was my first time in the region, in Roompot. It was a very nice location, nice lodging, clean and modern with nice views in a nice environment, child friendly and with very friendly staff members willing to go the extra mile to help you out.

The wheelchair accessible chalet was “state if the art”, kitchen with its height adjustable work surface, the superb adapted bathroom & bed was amazing. Our children & grandchildren stayed in a 6 berth chalet and were very impressed with everything from cutlery to bedding, furniture to layout!

Karretjes om bagage naar de wat verder weg gelegen villa’s te kunnen brengen!!! Net als in Bloemendaal, werkt super. Dat gesleep, daar wordt niemand blij van.

Park in aanleg, moet nog veel aan het groen gebeuren. Wordt door sommigen veel te hard gereden. 1-richtingsverkeer wordt soms genegeerd (ook door de eigen medewerkers). Jammer!

Fijn verblijf gehad! Aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Zowel bij de receptie, beveiliging en schoonmakers goede ervaringen. Park is weinig sfeervol maar het zicht op het water is leuk. Huisjes zijn prachtig van binnen!

Het park is niet geschikt voor kinderen. De hellingen naar het water lopen erg schuin af, weinig speelvoorzieningen en de deur is heel zwaar en valt hard en stevig dicht (risico van vingers tussen deur). Het is handig als app of site vermeld dat Koos niet aanwezig is. De app gaf aan dat het restaurant/take away open zou zijn op 1e Paasdag maar alles bleek gesloten. De minimarkt had op aankomstdag eigenlijk geen assortiment voor een avondmaaltijd en op dag 2 was er niets te krijgen dat was een uitdaging (naar dorp gereden voor friet) We misten bergruimte in huisje, geen kastruimte voor kleding of voorraad. Buiten lagen de tuinkussens, het wasrek, bezem en parasol. Door de regen was alles flink nat. De parasol was kapot en bij melding werd aangegeven dit tijdens het verblijf niet op te kunnen lossen. Dat is ok maar wel onhandig. Mooi park, leuke opzet, interessante locatie en omgeving. Mijn kritiek is opbouwend bedoeld, hopelijk kunnen jullie er iets mee. Groetjes, Lonneke
