Access to the swimming pool
As a guest of our park, you can enjoy free access to the Roompot Beach Resort swimming paradise. The pool is a 5-minute drive away and includes real waves, a 63-meter-long super slide and a children's pool with play equipment. Showing your reservation number at the bath shop reception will grant you access to the pool.
Arrival
Using the PIN code you received via e-mail, you can open your holiday accommodation from 4pm. With this PIN code, you can open your holiday home door during your entire stay. At this park, you can also use the digital key in the Roompot app. Should you encounter any problems, please contact Roompot via telephone number 088 0458458.
Charging an electric vehicle
Charging your electric cars is possible if your home has a private charging point. You can book accommodation with a private charging point. There are no central charging points at the park.
Departure
We kindly ask that you check out of your accommodation before 10 a.m. on the day of your departure.
After you have left, the housekeeping department checks your holiday accommodation for hygiene, missing inventory and damage. This final inspection is the reason that we charge a deposit of € 65 per holiday accommodation per period. If you leave the holiday accommodation according to our rules and your IBAN is known, we will transfer this amount to you 7 days after departure. If the domestic service department has to carry out (cleaning) work, (a part of) the deposit will be retained. You will receive a written notice about this.
