You are required to pay a deposit of €300 for your accommodation upon arrival. The deposit will be returned to you in full if nothing is broken or damaged. Payment by credit card is preferable for the deposit.
If you leave early in the morning, before the Service point is open, Your deposit will be paid to your bank account within 28 days.
You can check in between 16:00 and 18:00 on your day of arrival. In July and August, the check-in time is extended to 19:00. Please contact the Service point if you are set to arrive at a later time.
We kindly request that you vacate your holiday accommodation by 10:00 at the latest on your day of departure.
