Pets

In some holiday homes, a maximum of 1 dog is allowed. Other pets are unfortunately not allowed. If you bring your dog with you, you will pay a surcharge per night. In France, pet travel rules apply. Every pet must have a European pet passport, and a valid rabies vaccination. The pet must also be identifiable via a chip or tattoo. Dogs in categories 1 and 2 are not welcome at the park. You can find out which dogs these are on the French embassy website. This will be checked upon arrival, so bring the vaccination card when checking in.  

Arrivals, admission & check-in

Arrival

You can check in from 16:00 on the day of arrival. Do you expect to arrive late? Please contact reception on telephone number +33 4 4 67 21 64 90. Will you be arriving before 16:00? You can use the facilities at the park already.

Access to your holiday home

You will receive information about your holiday accommodation and the key at reception.

Guarantee

You pay a deposit of € 200 upon arrival. For type Hacienda, the deposit is € 300. 

Departure & administrative handling

Leaving your holiday home neat and tidy

Please leave the holiday home neat and tidy. Don't feel like cleaning yourself? Then book a final cleaning.

Please hand in your key

The key can be handed in at reception. Departure In high season you can check out between 08:00 and 11:00. Out of season, you can leave between 9:00 and 12:00.
