Any amounts due listed on your voucher should be paid to our account straight away. If you have already transferred the amount due to our account or are planning to do so immediately, be sure to bring valid proof of payment (bank statement, accept giro form with the bank’s stamp). You will need to submit this to the park reception when you arrive. If you do not have valid proof of payment you will be obliged to pay the outstanding amount when you arrive at the park.
We kindly ask that your visitors report to the park reception if they plan to spend the night.
It is allowed to bring your own grill. It is not allowed that you use the grill on the wooden terraces or on the balconies.
Your accommodation will be available from 4p.m. onwards. You can check-in from 4 p.m. till 6 p.m. If you cannot arrive between these opening hours please contact the reception at phonenumber 0049-45634785404 or after 6 p.m. at 0049-1706837873.
You will have to pay a deposit for you accommodation. The deposit will be refunded to your bank account approximately 14 days after departure if the accommodation has been left in a clean and tidy state.
We kindly ask that you check out of your accommodation before 10 a.m. on the day of your departure.
