Parking

Visitors in type T4M Comfort, T4A (Comfort), T6A (Comfort), T6AB (Comfort), T6AM (Comfort), T6B (Comfort/Luxe), T6BM, T6C, T8A, Buytengors and Schilpbanck are welcome to park their vehicles in front of their holiday home. Visitors in type T4 Comfort and Comfort 4 can park their vehicles in the designated area nearby; baggage trolleys are available at the car park.

Any amounts due listed on your voucher should be paid to our account straight away. If you have already transferred the amount due to our account or are planning to do so immediately, be sure to bring valid proof of payment (e.g. bank statement). You will need to submit this to the Service point when you arrive. If you do not have valid proof of payment you will be obliged to pay the outstanding amount when you arrive at the park.

EV charging station 

The park has a central charging point for electric cars. Some holiday homes also have a private charging point. You can book these homes as a preference. To use a charging point, you must have a charging card. Charging cards are not available at the park. 

Service set

For your convenience we have placed a service set in your accommodation. The set includes practical items such as cleaning products.

Visitors

Friends and family are very welcome. We kindly ask that your visitors report to the Service point if they plan to spend the night. 

Information for Texel

Ferry tickets

Buy your tickets for the ferry between Den Helder and Texel in advance via the Teso website to save time during your journey. 

Parking on Texel

Almost all parking spots on Texel are paid parking spots. With the Texel e-vignette, a digital parking card, which you can buy online or at the ticket dispenser, you can save yourself a lot of trouble. Go to the Texel e-vignette website for more information or to buy a parking card.

Access to the subtropical swimming paradise

Access to the Calluna subtropical swimming pool is free for all of our visitors. To pick up your pool passes, simply show your Keycard to the swimming pool reception during opening hours. If you don’t have a Keycard, you can get your passes at the Service point. The passes are valid during your vacation and are provided once. Children up to 4 years will not receive a pass. 

Arrival

You are welcome at our park from 4 p.m. onwards. You may check in until 6 p.m. on Mondays and until 8 p.m. on Fridays. If you arrive on another day or after closing time of the Service point? Please contact the Service point on tel.: 0031 (0)222 317 290.

Have you booked a special package deal?

You will receive all of the necessary information about your special package at the Service point on the day you arrive. Please keep in mind that you should arrive before 6 p.m. if your special package starts on the day you check in.

Access park/accommodation

Tenants of type Comfort 4 can check in automatically with their home-based Keycard. You can use this Keycard to open your accommodation. Tenants of type Villa 8 can reach the holiday home directley via the entrance between Bosrandweg 487 and 489. You can open the accomoddation with a pin code. Tenants of the other types can report at the Service point. By showing your confirmation you will receive the key of your accommodation.

The Keycard is strictly personal and can be used for:

  • access to the accommodation
  • access to the subtropical swimming paradise Calluna
  • proof of ID at the park


The Keycard is not a credit card, and it is non-transferable. In case of loss or left, please notify the Service point immediately. Do not keep the Keycard on the dashboard of your car in the sun, near loudspeakers, magnets or mobile telephones.

We regularly have guests who have lost their Keycard or left it in their accommodation. If this happens, inform the Service point as soon as possible.

Wi-Fi Code

You will find the Wi-Fi log-in code on the outside of the kitchen cupboard.

Departure

We kindly ask that you check out of your accommodation before 10 a.m. on the day of your departure. Guests who stayed in the types T4 Comfort, T4A (Comfort), T6A (Comfort), T6AB (Comfort), T6AM (Comfort), T6B (Comfort/Luxe), T6BM, T6C, T8A, Buytengors and Schilpbanck must return the key before 10 a.m. at the Service point. The Keycards don't have to be returned.

After you have left, the housekeeping department checks your holiday accommodation for hygiene, missing inventory and damage. This final inspection is the reason that we charge a deposit of € 65/€ 115 per holiday accommodation per period. If you leave the holiday accommodation according to our rules and your IBAN is known, we will transfer this amount to you 7 days after departure. If the domestic service department has to carry out (cleaning) work, (a part of) the deposit will be retained. You will receive a written notice about this.
