Staying on an alpaca farm

Meet all the animals

Help feed the alpacas or even better, take them for a walk. There are not only alpacas grazing on the meadow, but sheep and goats too. In the middle of the meadow, there is a sand house to play in. Of course, it's also nice to cuddle with the rabbits in the petting barn. The petting ponies just love to be brushed. Lots of animal fun on the farm. But the neighbouring woods is also a place where animals can be spotted regularly. It offers sanctuary to quite a few deer. There are plenty of beautiful hiking trails in the forest for a lovely walk. Do you prefer cycling? Rent the bike on the farm and head out.

Enjoying the surroundings

All in all, there is plenty to do on and around the farm, but the area has many nice options too. Like visiting the Billy Bird Park Hemelrijk, or take a trip to the Efteling or the Beekse Bergen. These theme parks are about half an hour's drive away. Of course, a trip to bustling cities like Eindhoven or Den Bosch is also fun. In the village of Nuenen, you can visit the van Gogh museum, the Vincentre, and there's the Lourdes cave in Mariahout, a copy of the original cave in Lourdes. After a lovely day out, it's nice to come home to your own tent. Light up the wood fire, it's time for cooking together!
