Travel info


Public transport

Hoek van Holland is easily accessible by public transport. This makes travelling to your holiday destination easy and environmentally friendly.

Metro aan Zee runs from Rotterdam; metro line B provides a direct connection between Nesselande station and Hoekse Strand. So you step directly with your feet in the sand.

Coming by train? Travel to train station Alexander, Blaak or Schiedam centre and transfer to metro line B towards Hoek van Holland Strand.


On the day of arrival, you can temporarily park in the parking behind the Service point. This parking is only for check-in and loading and unloading of the luggage. Afterwards, the car can be parked in our own cordoned off parking lot. We will tell you more about this at check-in. 


Pets are allowed in some of our Beach Villas. In that case, no more than 1 pet will be permitted. There is an extra charge per pet per night. Always mention your pet when making a booking. Moreover, always keep your dog on a leash when walking around the accommodations.

Arrivals, admission & check-in


On the day of arrival, you will be welcome at your Beach Villa from 15:00. It won't be a problem if you check in earlier, because the beach villa might already be available. Do you expect to arrive after the Service point has closed? Then give us a call. The phone number is +31 (0) 88 - 160 61 00.

Tip: use 'Rivierkant' as navigation address, without the house number. Keep following that road until you reach the Service point.

Service point

The Service point is open till 18:00 on Mondays. We offer the luggage service until 17:45. On Fridays, the Service point is open until 20:00, then the luggage service is available until 19:45.


The villas stands on the beach. There is a concrete walkway to get to the Beach Houses. Strong winds can cause the sand to move up and cover the path. The Beach House is accessible by stairs. This makes the villas less suitable for people with mobility problems.

Luggage service

We are happy to help you with your suitcases and other luggage. If you want to use this service, Please indicate this at check-in. Then we will ensure that the luggage will be brought to your villa (maximum 2 suitcases/bags per person). You can also use this service when you check out. Please indicate this 1 day in advance at the Service point. 

Departure & administrative handling


Please make sure the Beach Villa is empty at 10:00 on the day of departure. This allows enough time to prepare for the next guests. Would you like to leave later? Then book a late check-out. This is only possible through the Service point.
