We had a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed the atmosphere in the evenings with children playing, calm music, food and drink available. The swimming pool was very clean, the restaurant food was incredible , the best burger I’ve ever had! The open kitchen is really nice to see. The snack bar is great too. The trampolines were a firm favourite for our 3 children and the accommodation was amazing.

Overall its great, but really pricey for a place where you basic have to bring everything with you (towels, soap, etc.).

Hard to communicate with the service point, because of short opening hours. Even by phone, hard to reach someone. Our entrance passes didn’t work a couple times. We had to get new ones. Old bathrooms, lots of cracks and repairs. Very disappointed about the issue with the sewage smell. It was very frustrating to have to move to a different house in the middle of our stay. We would recommend to install a light by the front door. Hard to enter the house with the key pass, without proper lighting. Too bad the restaurant wasn’t open in the morning to have a coffee or light snack,

Youre right, a light by the front door is a bright idea, and while we dont have a light specifically for the key pass entry, our team is always on the lookout for ways to improve our guests experiences. Im sorry to hear about the hiccup with the entrance passes and the bathroom condition. Its also a bummer that the smell from the sewage disrupted your stay, but Im relieved we could move you to a different house. Our restaurant crew is usually busy cooking up a storm for lunch and dinner, but Ill pass the word that early birds like you would love a morning coffee option. We arrived late evening which we had pre warned staff would be the case, they phoned to confirm they had posted room keys to me and o let ourselves in and everything was ready for us. We got there to find no bedding, no cot and no towels even though we had paid for these to be provided for us. Because reception was shit we spent the first night with no bedding - my 90 year old grandmother was cold and uncomfortable. My one year old son had no cot and had to sleep on a rolled up quilt on the floor. Nobody got any sleep that night and when we spoke with the service point the following morning they were unconcerned with how inconvenient this had been for us. They offered €30 refund which in my opinion wasn’t enough given the circumstances and the amount I had paid for towels and bedding. Somebody was sent to deliver the missing items and brought only bedding - so we asked her where the cot was and she was unaware we needed one. She went back to get a cot and I asked her where was the cot bedding - again she didn’t have this and had to go back again to get this. Very unprofessional and poorly run. The accommodation itself was dirty on arrival, the floors had not been cleaned and the toilet room stunk of wee. We ends up buying our own cleaning products to stop the smell and even that didn’t work completely. The smell was awful and toilet was very dirty. The hoover didn’t work and the sweeping brush was so old and deformed it did nothing to clean the floor. Quilts were stained, beds awful and no windows had been cleaned, not to mention cobwebs all over ceilings/walls and mould sound windows. Th park facilities were lovely but the service point staff and room presentation were disgusting.

I stayed in the Luxury Tent and truly enjoyed it. It was rustic yet modern facilities inside. Very clean and comfortable beds. I will definitely repeat my stay.

Everything was perfect the only problem we had was we were not provided with information about paying separately for bed linens and towels and important of all toilet papers and sanitary items . As everything was in Dutch in the app and we were using google translate, somehow it skipped our attention. I would like to recommend if you send this information for your not Dutch speaking customers in the corresponding emails separately.

I fell the camping needs Mantainance. Last year everything was in better shape and cleaner. Bathroom smelled, showers were not efficient, cold water at times and then very hot! Trash area smelled.

Our family enjoyed everything very much. I did not like the communication of the staff, information about the rest and payment was constantly changing. And the terrace had a VERY dirty table and chairs. We hope that you will take this into account, because we would like to have another rest in your complex

I really love staying at the park. I have booked 4 holidays this year. I think the location so close to the beach is perfect and the offer of food / super market etc is great! The centrum had a great upgrade over the years I find the swimming pool a bit dated and is not inviting to go there I found the prices of laundry high and don’t think the clothes came out clean or smell nice In general the house I stayed looked well maintained and clean but especially the bedrooms are very dirty under the bed. Lots of dust and I found lots of trash and candy wrappers in one room under the bed So I feel I have to clean the rooms before going to sleep there
