A second bathroom, with toilet and shower, is situated on the first floor. In addition, this floor has three bedrooms and one turret room. All bedrooms have two single beds and the turret room has a further single bed. The villa is situated on the waterfront. Its outdoor facilities include a covered terrace with garden furniture, a storage room and a jetty with a rowing boat. The use of Wi-Fi is free of charge.
