Each accommodation and campsite has one designated parking space. If necessary, you can park a second vehicle in the car park by the swimming pool. You may only park in the designated parking spaces and not on the grass or the dike!

Have you booked a Beach House?
One parking space is reserved per Beach House. This parking space is numbered and is located as close as possible to your holiday accommodation. For Beach Houses number 7501 to 7534 a parking space has been reserved at Beach Club Bestevaer. Are you staying in Beach House numbers 7535 to 7560? Then navigate to Longroomweg 1. At the barrier, enter your Beach House pin code. You can then follow the signs to the parking spaces. An additional car can be parked in the large car park by the swimming pool on Sophiaweg 1.

EV charging station

The park has a central charging point for electric cars. A few holiday homes also have a private charging point. You can book these homes as a preference. To use a charging point, you must have a charging card. Charging cards are not available at the park. 

Amounts due

Any amounts due listed on your voucher should be paid to our account straight away. If you have already transferred the amount due to our account or are planning to do so immediately, be sure to bring valid proof of payment (e.g. bank statement). You will need to submit this to the Service point when you arrive. If you do not have valid proof of payment you will be obliged to pay the outstanding amount when you arrive at the park.

Service set

For your convenience we have placed a service set in your accommodation. The set includes practical items such as cleaning products.


Friends and family are very welcome. We kindly ask that your visitors report to the Service point if they plan to spend the night. Visitors can park their vehicles in the car park by the swimming paradise.

Your personalised Guestcard

A few days before you leave on holiday, Roompot will send you a personalised Guestcard. The card entitles you to many practical holiday benefits and discounts. If you booked less than 7 days in advance, or did not receive a Guestcard in the post, you can collect your personal Guestcard at the Service point on arrival. You can check the balance on your card via your personalised online environment on My Roompot, at all times. Don't forget to check the Guestcard Terms and Conditions.

If you have booked a holiday in a type of Beach House or NT Comfort, you have received an email with the access code to your holiday accommodation. Tenants of the other types can report to the Service point at the main entrance. Upon presentation of your confirmation, you will receive the key to your accommodation.


Access to the subtropical swimming paradise

Roompot Beach Resort guests have free access to the park's water park. If you have booked directly with the owner of a holiday home, you unfortunately do not have free access to the pool. If you have a key card, you can obtain your tickets from the ticket machine at the entrance during the opening hours of the swimming paradise. If you have booked a Beach House or NT Comfort, you will not receive a key card. You can report to the swimming paradise by last name or house number. The pool tickets for the entire stay period will be given to you at the reception desk of the swimming paradise. If you do not have a key card, you can pick up your tickets at the pool reception. The tickets are valid for the duration of your stay and are only issued once. Children up to the age of 4 do not need tickets but can enter the swimming paradise together with their parents/guardians.


You can access the holiday home from 16:00. Arrival is possible on Monday until 17:00, and on Friday until 19:00. If you are not able to travel within these times or on these days, you can report to the terrace café next to the Service point. In that case, please contact the park in time on telephone number 0031 (0)113 85 53 00.

Beach house luggage service

If you have booked a Beach House, you can use the luggage service from 15:30 to 17:30 on the day of arrival. The collection point is situated at the back of Beach Club Bestevaer. Per person, you are allowed to drop off a maximum of two pieces of baggage of up to 6 kilos each. The luggage service only applies to suitcases, holdalls and shopping crates. If you have booked an Early Check-In, you can drop off your luggage between 12:00 and 13:00. 

Did you book a campsite?

This is available daily from 13:00. For campsites with private sanitary facilities, you are also welcome from 13.00, but the sanitary facilities are only available after 16:00. In the meantime, you can of course use the toilet blocks. 

Have you booked a special package deal?

You will receive all of the necessary information about your special package at the Service point on the day you arrive. Please keep in mind that you should arrive before 5 p.m. if your special package starts on the day you check in.

Access to the park/accommodation

Camp site visitors and tenants of type Wigwam, RP4B, RP4A, RPK4A, RP6A, RP6B and RP6C can automatically check in with their home-based Keycard. Use this Keycard t open the gate. If the gate opens, you are automatically checked in and you can drive directly to your accommodation. Here you can use your Keycard as a key for your accommodation.

The Keycard is strictly personal and can be used for:

  • access to type Wigwam, RP4B, RP4A, RPK4A, SCR, SCRK, RP6A, RP6B and RP6C
  • access to the camp site with your vehicle and private bathroom
  • access to subtropical swimming paradise De Roompot
  • proof of ID at the park (for hiring bikes and more)

The Keycard is not a credit card, and it is non-transferable. In case of loss or left, please notify the Service point immediately. Do not keep the keycard on the dashboard of your car in the sun, near loudspeakers, magnets or mobile telephones.

We regularly have guests who have lost their keycard or left it in their accommodation. If this happens, inform the Service point as soon as possible.

If you made a reservation for a Beach House or type NT comfort, you have received an e-mail with the access code for your accommodation. Tenants of the other types can report at the Service point at the main entrance. By showing your conformation you will receive your key.

Wi-Fi Code

If your accommodation has free Wi-Fi, you will find the log-in code on the outside of the kitchen cupboard.


We kindly ask that you check out of your accommodation before 10 a.m. on the day of your departure. Did you stay at a campsite, then you have to leave this no later than 11 a.m. The Keycards don't have to be returned.

After you have left, the housekeeping department checks your holiday accommodation for hygiene, missing inventory and damage. This final inspection is the reason that we charge a deposit of € 65/€ 115 per holiday accommodation per period. If you leave the holiday accommodation according to our rules and your IBAN is known, we will transfer this amount to you 7 days after departure. If the domestic service department has to carry out (cleaning) work, (a part of) the deposit will be retained. You will receive a written notice about this.

When you have received a key card or personal code, you do not have to check out at the Service Point. You can check out easily and quickly via the QR code contained in the accommodation. You can recycle your personal Guestcard at one of the outgoing boom gates or in the mailbox at the Service Point.

Beach house luggage service

You can also use the luggage service on the day of departure. Then just get your luggage ready at the front of your Beach House, on the beach side. Between 9:00 and 10:00, luggage will be collected and taken to the assembly point.
