Arrival

On the day of arrival your villa will be available from 16.00 hours. If you encounter any problems, please contact the Service point at telephone number +31 (0)88-045 84 58.

Departure

We ask you to leave your villa by 10.00am at the latest on the day of your departure.

After you have left, the housekeeping department will check your holiday home for hygiene, inventory and damage. This final check is the reason why we charge a deposit of € 150,- per holiday home per period. If you leave the holiday home in accordance with our instructions and if your IBAN is known, we will transfer this amount to you 7 days after your departure. If the housekeeping service has to carry out (cleaning) work, (part of) the deposit will be withheld. You will be informed in writing.

We can only show you the final price once you have entered your specific travel group. No rights can be derived from the stated prices.
