Not only do you have a huge, spacious ultramodern villa on the waterfront, you also have your own jetty. So, rise and shine, have breakfast on the terrace, sail away, have a lovely lunch, and then you're off sailing again! There are 12 islets in the lake zone. Some, you can visit accompanied by a ranger. Why not turn it onto a day trip, to bustling Veere or Middelburg. Or set sail towards the picturesque Zierikzee, accross the largest National Park in the Netherlands, the Oosterschelde. Coming home in the evening, you can relax on the terrace in front of your house. Or settle down inside. The expansive view remains unchanged, because the water villas have huge windows in the living rooms.
Oysters at the bottom of the lake
Of course, you can also choose one of the other popular water sports that are practised in abundance on the Veerse Meer. Surfing, diving, water skiing, wake boarding, supping, you never have to be bored, not even as a spectator. Are you an inveterate kitesurfer? You are more than welcome on the beaches of Vrouwenpolder and Kamperland. You are also guaranteed a pleasant stay on any of the many other beaches. Swim a little, then laze in the sun. A perfect way to pass your days. Why not take a walk, and soak up some culture? In the charming fishing village of Arnemuiden, part of the population still dress in traditional costume. That's the way we'd like to see it. Perfectly authentic. Zeeland, it's all about water, wind, beach and crustaceans. The water is so clear, you can see them lying on the bottom of the Veerse Meer. Just perfect with a drink, those oysters.

As a guest at this park you enjoy free admittance to the swimming pool at Roompot Beach Resort during your stay.
As soon as the buzzer sounds, the fun begins in the wave pool! The pool starts shallow and gradually slopes down, together with the waves it will surely remind you of the surf of the sea. Next to the shallow area is a separate paddling pool. In need of some action? Rush down the 63-metre slide! In the other pool you can let yourself be carried away in the rapids, through this rush you can acces the outside pool. Both inside and outside there are chairs for you to rest, and at the bar you can buy something to drink and a tasty snack. Finally, the pool area is also home to 2 saunas and a Turkish bath.
Accessibility
The pool has a modified toilet/shower for people with disabilities. There is a wheelchair ramp too, and you can borrow a pool wheelchair.

The swimming pool is located at Sophiaweg 1 in Kamperland. Check the information in the app to see how to access the swimming pool. This also shows exactly when the swimming pool is open. Practical: lockers are available at the changing rooms. Don't forget to bring a €1.00 coin as a deposit.

An oasis for water sports lovers
Lake Veerse is a paradise for water sport lovers. Surfing, canoeing, sailing, water skiing, diving or swimming: it's all possible. Choose one of the marinas as a starting point, or head to a beach with lawn on a hot summer day. Countless uninhabited islands await discovery on Lake Veerse. Mooring on one of the many landing stages is highly recommended. Many of the nature reserves in or around Lake Veerse can be discovered on their own. Tip: don't forget your binoculars, there are lots of birds to spot!
Charming city filled with history
You can go on a pleasant stroll in Veere. Old streets, stately trading houses, the Grote Kerk and the famous Town Hall: Veere was once a mighty trading city. The richly laden ships have since given way to yachts, and is a charming place where tourists love to come. A city stroll over the old city walls is an experience all by itself. In the centre, you'll find quaint shops and cosy restaurants. The various ports of Veere are also a good starting point for exploring Lake Veerse.
The versatile capital Middelburg
Middelburg has a rich history that is still reflected in today's streetscape. Its many events, shops and catering establishments make it a lively town. Where the people of Zeeland also like to go shopping or sit down on a terrace. Discover the capital of Zeeland!
An educational outing for all ages
Deltapark Neeltje Jans is an adventurous day out for the whole family. The park is located in the middle of the beautiful Oosterschelde National Park. Here, everything revolves around sun, sea, nature, water, wind, culture and technology. Experience the historical story in the Delta Experience, go on a guided tour through the Delta Expo and to the storm surge barrier, visit the sea lion and seal presentation, stand eye to eye with tropical sharks in Zeeland's largest saltwater aquarium Bluereef, cool off in the Aquasplash, slide down the water slide, get a breath of fresh air in our hurricane machine and rest in the park train. In short, there is plenty to do for a great day. Want to spot seals and porpoises? Then go along on the Christiaan B tour boat!
