Kite or windsurfing on the Veerse Meer, seal spotting trips on the Oosterschelde, sailing from the marina, hunting for shells, swimming, or building sandcastles. Want even more? Water Village is right next to its 'big brother' - Roompot Beach Resort. Check out what you can do there, because as a guest at Water Village you are more than welcome there, too. The best tip how to end your day superbly: enjoying the sunset from a deserted spot or from a lounge terrace. Day after day.

Facilities
As soon as the buzzer sounds, the fun begins in the wave pool! The pool starts shallow and gradually slopes down, together with the waves it will surely remind you of the surf of the sea. Next to the shallow area is a separate paddling pool. In need of some action? Rush down the 63-metre slide! In the other pool you can let yourself be carried away in the rapids, through this rush you can acces the outside pool. Both inside and outside there are chairs for you to rest, and at the bar you can buy something to drink and a tasty snack. Finally, the pool area is also home to 2 saunas and a Turkish bath.
Accessibility
The pool has a modified toilet/shower for people with disabilities. There is a wheelchair ramp too, and you can borrow a pool wheelchair.
Access and opening hours
During your holiday at Water Village, you can come swimming every day at the adjacent Roompot Beach Resort! With your key card, you can collect free pool tickets once for the number of people booked. You can do this at the vending machine at the entrance to the swimming pool. Keep your tickets in a safe place, they are valid for your entire stay. The exact opening hours are available on the website and in the app.
Practical: lockers are available at the changing rooms. Don't forget to bring a €1.00 coin as a deposit.

At this park, it is possible to book accommodation where pets are welcome. You can only bring 2 pets per accommodation. There are pet-free accommodations too. There is something for everyone!

Price
For a dog or cat, you will pay a surcharge per night. The final cleaning is mandatory if you bring a pet. This mandatory final cleaning is sometimes included in the price of your stay.
Bringing an assistance dog
Good to know: different rules apply for assistance dogs. If all the holiday homes where dogs are allowed, are fully booked, your assistance dog is also welcome in a pet-free holiday home. You do not have to pay the usual pet surcharge. To register an assistance dog, please contact our Guest Service.
Bringing your pet to the Netherlands
When travelling to another country, travel documents are mandatory. The same is true for dogs and cats. So, please make sure you bring your pet's European pet passport. The Oosterschelde is the biggest and wettest national park of the Netherlands. It is a world of the tides, wind and especially water. Lots and lots of water. Hiking through this unique sea inlet can be combined with a ferry crossing in summer. The Streekpad 15 route is described clearly, including much background information to get to know the environment better.

Our spacious tidal harbor is located in one of the most beautiful spots on the Oosterschelde. Sail into the harbor and enjoy the peace and space. With all the facilities available at the port, you will not be short of anything. In addition to water and electricity for each berth, there are heated sanitary facilities and there is also free internet. In short: the ideal place to moor.rn
The unique location of the port makes for beautiful day trips. The sailing area of Oosterschelde National Park offers peace, space and nature. Spotting seals and porpoises while sailing is the rule rather than the exception. The direct connection to the North Sea creates a unique experience under and above water. Hundreds of animals and plants have found a place here. From seahorses to shrimps and from mussels to cuttlefish, you will be amazed! Sailing on the North Sea is also within reach. You can reach junction 6.3 Roompotsluis in 10 minutes by boat.
Charming city filled with history
You can go on a pleasant stroll in Veere. Old streets, stately trading houses, the Grote Kerk and the famous Town Hall: Veere was once a mighty trading city. The richly laden ships have since given way to yachts, and is a charming place where tourists love to come. A city stroll over the old city walls is an experience all by itself. In the centre, you'll find quaint shops and cosy restaurants. The various ports of Veere are also a good starting point for exploring Lake Veerse.
An educational outing for all ages
Deltapark Neeltje Jans is an adventurous day out for the whole family. The park is located in the middle of the beautiful Oosterschelde National Park. Here, everything revolves around sun, sea, nature, water, wind, culture and technology. Experience the historical story in the Delta Experience, go on a guided tour through the Delta Expo and to the storm surge barrier, visit the sea lion and seal presentation, stand eye to eye with tropical sharks in Zeeland's largest saltwater aquarium Bluereef, cool off in the Aquasplash, slide down the water slide, get a breath of fresh air in our hurricane machine and rest in the park train. In short, there is plenty to do for a great day. Want to spot seals and porpoises? Then go along on the Christiaan B tour boat!
