There is also 1 separate toilet downstairs and 1 separate toilet upstairs. The entire ground floor has underfloor heating. The villa has a terrace with comfortable garden furniture. The house has 2 private parking spaces. You can use Wi-Fi for free during your stay.Good to know: on the ground floor, the bedrooms, bathroom and toilet are 3 steps lower than the living room. The television has streaming functions. This makes it possible to view apps from your phone or tablet directly on the television screen. You use your own accounts for this. The villa has been sustainably developed, completely gas-free, has a heat pump and solar panels (collective).Extra nice: there is a stair gate upstairs.
