Rebooking guarantee

Our rebooking guarantee is just one of the many Roompot certainties, so you can go on holiday with peace of mind. Usually, rebooking is not necessary at all. Just a small change often proves to be enough to allow your planned holiday to still go through. And, most of the changes you just make yourself in My Roompot. It couldn't be easier!

Corona

Current corona measures can change your holiday plans. With our rebooking guarantee, your holiday will just change with you. The rebooking guarantee is always available. With the same rules and the same certainty.

Game rules

You can change your booking for free up to 28 days before arrival. Think of shifting the date, changing your destination or changing your travel group. A holiday in another period or park can of course cost a little more. All you'll have to do is pay the difference. You don't pay any amendment fees.
If your new holiday is cheaper than the original price, you will not be entitled to a refund of the difference. However, in many cases you can supplement your booking with handy extras and thus reduce the difference. To do this, please contact the Guest Service.

Changing

Changing the date of your holiday is easy to arrange yourself in My Roompot. Due to daily fluctuating availability, you can only change to another park or holiday home through the Guest Service. They'll be happy to help!

Travel group

Changing your travel group can also be done in My Roompot, even up to 1 day before arrival. You can add or remove people from My Travel Group on the My Booking page. The Guest Service will be happy to adjust the number of pets for you. You can't do this in My Roompot.

Hotels

For our hotels, you can change your booking up to 1 day before your arrival date. To do this, please contact the Guest Service. They are aware of the current availability and will be happy to help you.

Different provider

Our rebooking guarantee applies to holidays booked through Roompot. If you didn't book through Roompot but through another provider,please ask how to change the booking where you booked.
