Use the Roompot app for more information about the parks, restaurant reservations or to order products. The app may use your location details. Additionally, your information is used in the app to improve the app. Your information is also used by various components of the app. For example, when you reserve a table at a restaurant, you connect directly to our partner. Authorisations


When installing the app, you will be asked to authorise access to information required for the functioning of the app.

You may change or cancel these authorisations at any time by accessing the features on your device.

Location


By using your location settings we can send you information about your distance from the park and a description on how to get to the park. We may also use your location information (in the future) to show you interesting sights in or near the parks, such as the location of facilities or activities.

Notification


By authorising notifications, we can send you notifications based on your chosen/recommended favourite activities.

Partners


Various components within the app operate in partnership with other parties. Your data is also processed by these other parties. For more information on how these parties handle your personal information, please read the privacy notices of these parties.

Fun & Entertainment


To make our Fun & Entertainment programmes even more attractive, we partly cooperate with regional/external providers. In those cases, this regional/external provider carries out the activity under its responsibility. You will enter into any contractual obligations with this provider and not with Roompot. Roompot accepts no liability for these activities.

The app is continuously updated and in development. Roompot reserves the right to modify the Privacy Notice at any time. We recommend regularly checking the Privacy Notice for updates.

Changed your plans? No problem, you can change your booking for free up to 28 days before arrival.

Want to pay in instalments at no extra cost? No problem! You pay the first instalment within 15 days of booking and the total amount no later than 8 weeks before arrival.

Free cancellation

within 14 days

Did you book your stay 14 days ago or less? And is your arrival not within 30 days on the day of cancellation? Then you do not pay a cancellation fee. After 14 days there are cancellation costs. You can cancel easily via My Roompot.
