There were three main reasons why we chose your hotel: the cozy and modern interior style, the reasonable price, and the convenient location. And we were not disappointed — the atmosphere was very welcoming, the room felt stylish and comfortable, and the hotel is situated in a peaceful, green area, which made our stay even more pleasant. That said, we did notice a couple of things that could be improved. While the floors were mostly clean, we found dust and dirt under the beds and nightstands, which seemed to have been missed during cleaning. Also, during the night, there was a low humming noise — possibly from the ventilation system or an outdoor AC unit — that could be heard in our room. Still, these were minor issues, and if your current pricing policy remains the same, we would be more than happy to stay at Park Eksel again in the future. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Impressive nature all around and calm and quiet stay Impressive nature surroundings and fully equipped kitchens. Calm and quiet. The only issue is we had to keep ants away and be very careful with crumbs after eating inside. I also asked a couple of times for a dustpan but was not delivered until I went straight to get one. TV casting app did not work either.

Much better than before. We went just after Covid and there was no restaurant and playground, but enjoyed cycling in the nature/trees

Nice cozy place. We have been located near by the highway so its little bit noisy. And mising towels that I dont read good about that dont give need to buy .

Very nice location! A very beautiful location, very clean, everything in order. And a court to play tennis is a very good idea. A pleasant location I recommend!

Lovely facility Absolutely love the ambiance of the holiday homes, staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely worth another visit so I can enjoy the entertainment facilities. Would recommend to others because price was fair

We enjoyed our stay as a large party Roompot Eksel while attending the European Seniors Badminton Championships at Heusden Zolder Velodroom. A number of other house were also in use by badminton players. The site is well situated for events at the Velodroom and Racing Circuit. The atmosphere at the site is very peaceful most of the time. There is some aircraft noise from jets taking of at the nearby military airbase.

Not recommended This property was listed on booking.com amd nowhere in the listing did it say that we needed to bring our own towels, soap and provide toilet paper. I have NEVER experienced it woth a listingon booking.com. So imagine our surprise when after traveling for 20 hours to get to this property, we had to use kitchen towels to take a shower with dishwashing liquid... and obviously toilet paper is a must. We should have been informed of this before travel! People dont normally travel internationally across continents with towels and soap. Then the range didnt work so we couldnt cook. The staff couldnt fix it and were going to send somebody the next day but they didnt. To add insult to injury, you wrote us to ask for a security deposit AFTER we checked out (and left everything clean) because your staff forgot to do it when we checked in... I lfet the property as I found it and will not be sending you more money You should be giving ME a refund for a range that didnt work (the whol epoint of renting this is os we could cook when we wanted to) and for all the inconveniences... and when I complained about the above issues, I was told that I should have been more proactive in following up re broken range and should stay in a hotel next time. Very rude response! And this is a huge assumption that everyone around the world knows the rules in a park in a small town in Belgium... not the case. I have traveled to 70+ countries booking properties on booking.com and have never run into a property that doesnt provide basics like towels and soap and toilet paper and then is so rude about it on top of it all. Not to ention, who has time looking for towels to buy in th emiddle of nowhere Belgium? Very bad ambassadors for your country. Would leave one with the impression of a lack of hospitality, cheapness and rudeness.

This is not a negative review, am very happy we were there! The park is too close to the highway, we could hear traffic all through the night. This we werent aware of. However, we were warned of the flights from Kleine Brogel and they decided to fly F16s between 22:00 and 24:00 in the night. There were other small problems like being unable to switch off the porch lights which lit up the whole apartment through the night. But otherwise, great stay, great deal overall and great value for money

Verblijf Het stonk erg naar riool en de kachel/airco kon niet uit dus steeds lawaai. Eerste nachten hadden we geen buren dus genoten van de stilte. Daarna om ons heen twee gezinnen met baby’s. Het is zeer gehorig. Hele nachten wakker zijn daardoor eerder vertrokken.

Vanuit Friesland tevreden 😀 Faciliteiten waren voor de kleine veel beter dan verwacht. Wat tegenviel is dat je vrij dicht op je buren zit waardoor er weinig privacy is. De huisjes zijn daarnaast gehorig, vooral het traplopen (bouwkundig echt wel op te lossen) en de woonkamer was wel heel compact. Nu hadden wij erg mooi weer dus geen last van gehad… parkfacaliteiten top en erg vriendelijk personeel…

Weinig privacy als je buiten zit, misschien dat het groen nog wat moet groeien? Huisje voldeed aan de verwachtingen, schoon en qua indeling prima! En prachtige omgeving.

Aanrader! Het park is nieuw, praktisch en mooi opgezet. Het huisje was schoon en qua ruimtes steekt het goed in elkaar. Bovendien was alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Handig is ook dat je geen sleutel meer nodig hebt, maar een code kan gebruiken, ideaal. Minpuntje vond ik dat de douchekop niet hoger kan. Met mijn 1.90 cm kon ik er net niet goed onder staan, dus als je nog langer bent…

Ontspannend weekendje in Landal Eksel Het was oké. Sommige dingen ontbraken wel zoals kastje van de airco. Ook geen handdoeken maar weet niet of het bij de prijs inbegrepen was. Mss ook een beetje beter schoonmaken onder de zetels en bedden. En in de gordijnen. Maar over het algemeen content van ons verblijf. Zondag wel lang op terras moeten wachten om te bestellen. Uiteindelijk zelf binnen gaan bestellen alsook lang moeten wachten op ons drinken. Was maar 1 persoon aanwezig. Mss iets te weinig. Jammer dat we zondag alleen van suggesties en pizza’s konden kiezen. Daar de pizza ook veel te hard gebakken was. Zijn maar kleine dingen waar jullie misschien rekening mee kunnen houden in de toekomst. Maar we hebben er van genoten, Grtjs fam Claes

Wij boekte een weekendje bij landal Eksel met onze 7 weken oude dochter. We kregen huisnummer 85, waardoor wij een mooi uitzicht hadden op de grote wei naast het domein. Een groot voordeel aan dit park is dat wij onze elektrische wagen kunnen laden. Misschien wel een tip, het zou voor baby’tjes aangenaam zijn moest er een verzorgingskussen aanwezig zijn bij de vraag van een kinderbedje. Verder is dit een aangenaam en rustig park.

Heel net huisje alles was er om ons thuis te voelen en een super goed bed zalig geslapen tip misschien wat uitleg over de airco en verwarming

Verblijf met vrienden Leuk huisje, heel compleet en netjes. Wij sliepen op de vide, dit ging prima. Er waren kleine mankementen ( lampje kapot, airco gaf melding) dit werd dezelfde dag nog opgelost.

Goede service Problemen bij aankomst met het casten op de televisie. Dit werd na melding op het servicepunt zo snel mogelijk opgelost. Zeer goede service!
