The park is surrounded by rolling, wooded hills and idyllic lakes and rivers - the ideal environment to explore by canoe, kayak or mountain bike. You can rent mountain bikes at the park itself, whilst kayaks can be hired at Lake Neufchâteau, around 10-minutes' drive from the park. For true daredevils, there's the Semois River, which flows a little further south of the park (20-minute drive). Here you will embark on a real water adventure, braving (in the right season) the various rapids for which this typical Ardennes river is so famous.

In the south of the Ardennes, between the rolling hills and idyllic lakes and rivers, you will find Roompot Hillview Resort Grandvoir. Here you can enjoy picturesque views from your detached lodge and choose from a range of outdoor activities. The area is a paradise for swimming, kayaking and mountain-biking enthusiasts, with bike hire available at the park and kayaks at nearby Lake Neufchâteau and the River Semois.
