It's difficult to imagine peace like this in such a hectic country as the Netherlands. But it really does exist. Weeribben-Wieden National Park is one of the most beautiful nature spots in The Netherlands. Here solar boats ripple almost silently along the reed banks and between the meadows. If you watch carefully you might see an otter swimming, or a deer grazing in one of the meadows. Holidaymakers and residents greet each other as they pass by. Cool box and lunch box on board. Mooring up here and there for a picnic or a drink. The area is also known as the 'green maze'. A perfectly place to get lost in.
