Beyond beautiful location

Short stay - great location and parc Schoon en fijn huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles erg netjes en doet nieuw aan. Gemak van boeken en huren. Park ligt erg mooi en de huisjes zijn erg mooi geplaatst in het park. Kortom fijne midweek doorgebracht met vier personen.

First time to Roompot! As a regular Centerparcs-goer, I wasnt sure what to expect from Roompot - however the price on offer during the summer months was extremely reasonable, so we thought we would try it. We are definitely converted and will come back again - Roompot Gulpen was extremely clean, the staff were friendly, the choices of accommodation were unique and nice. The park was extremely dog friendly. The welcome drink, local produce gift on exit and cookies for the dogs were very unexpected but hugely appreciated. The live music was also a great addition, but the food and service in the restaurant the entire stay was great.

3 nights stay...Wonderful location We stayed in roompot for 3 nights.. What we liked are 1. The atmosphere and the location is very peaceful and unique 2. The kids area offerings are very good to engage kids 3. The parking spots at each accommodation are convenient 4. The supermarket is handy for essential things. 5. The homes have very good interior and furniture. What we didnt like 1. Some of the basic essentials like handwash in bathroom, kitchen tissues in the kitchen are missing. We had to go to super market to get the Handwash eventually . Since this is related to hygiene, kindly put handwash in all the toilets. 2. The attitude of the staff at restaurant is not good. We had coffee with group of families with kids one evening. The kids were taking a look at something placed on the table. The staff told us saying they are expensive and dont touch them in a sarcastictl tone...This is unacceptable behavior!!..The kids were only checking what the item is out of curiosity in a gentle manner. 3. The food in the restaurant seems to have lot of salt and doesnt seemed fresh. The quality and taste of the food needs improvement in our opinion. 4. We had dinner with a group of friends at the restaurant. The attitude of the waiters is again not pleasant. When we got a bill for a drink that was not served, we asked to remove it from the bill. The staff was insisting that they served us by saying there was empty bottle in their shelf. This is strange explanation..When the customer says they didnt get the food/drink and raise a concern about the bill, it is the minimum etiquette to deduct the item for the bill without giving weird explanation. The staff can ofcourse clarify with waiter if they really served or not but not give explanation like they found empty bottle etc.

Weekend stay at Roompot Gulpen Good location and facilities, clean house and easy check-in/out. Fully equipped and good value for money. Recommended.

De volgende dag toen de zon scheen zagen wij veel honden haren op de vloer en honden kwijl op de ramen. Was niet heel hygiënisch!

Heerlijk verbijf We waren voor de tweede keer op dit park. Fijne huisjes, heerlijke bedden en heel compleet. Het is heerlijk rustig op het park en het ligt heel centraal. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ook voor de kinderen ( 3 en 5 jaar oud) is het een leuk park. Ze hebben zich heel erg vermaakt met de spellenbox die je kan lenen.

Onwijs leuk weekende Mooie accomodatie, onwijs mooie omgeving. Was super! Aanrader!

Review Paasvakantie verblijf woning 4 personen het domein was echt wel modern, zeker de check in was uitzonderlijk; welkom met een drankje en hapje, prachtig hoofdgebouw, we waren onder de indruk! Check out verliep super vlot met nog een fijne attentie voor thuis. Zeker voor herhaling mogelijk, top vakantiepark!

Verregneter Aufenthalt in den Osterferien Schönes Haus für 8 Personen, wir waren 6 und unsere 2 jährige Enkeltochter. Leider hatten wir es nicht so richtig warm bei regnerischen 10 Grad nicht so gut. Viele Gäste ließen ihre PKWs am Haus - das war besonders am Abreisetag chaotisch.

Sehr gerne wieder! Sehr freundliches und nettes Personal. Alles war sehr sauber! Trotz Osterferien - absolute Ruhe!

Fijn huisje, mooie omgeving

Prima huisje met 2 badkamers, en oven en vaatwasmachine. Super. Ook dat de bedden opgemaakt waren en voor iedere gast een handoekpakket!

Goed verblijf Heel leuk park midden tussen de Limburgse heuvels. Ideaal voor wielrenners. Leuke speeltuintjes voor kinderen.

Mooi gelegen Huisje was schoon, een prachtig plekje! Vriendelijk en aardig personeel! Alleen de wifi was niet echt goed geregeld, na eerste keer aanmelden was het niet mee eten vinden in de lijst! Jammer

Genoten van prachtig uitzicht Alles is goed geregeld, netjes en schoon. Wat meer opbergruimte beneden voor boodschappen zou fijn zijn. En een haakje voor thee- en handdoek. Wij hebben genoten van de omgeving door te wandelen met de hond. Heerlijk wandelen in omgeving. Super vriendelijk personeel. En hoe leuk .... verwelkomd met prosecco.

Prachtig gelegen park Mooi huisje met een prachtig uitzicht. Zeer geschikt voor stel met hond. We voelen ons erg welkom hier!

Genoten Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel bij de receptie en ook de mensen rondom het park Het park is mooi en centraal gelegen. Ook een goed restaurant!

Prachtig huisje met geweldig uitzicht. Geweldig dat er twee toiletten en douche in het huisje was. Prachtig uitzicht, schoon en rook lekker in het huisje. Zorgzaamheid straalt alles uit. Goede service, super aardig personeel.
