Excellent weekend. The park it self and what it had to offer. Distance to the beach an stores. The restaurant and the little supermarket in the park.

Improvements since last November, but Maintenance Needs Attention Last time, we had mice in our house, which resulted in a very bad rating. This time, things were better. The only issue was that the entrance cards werent working. Luckily, we arrived when the staff was still in. We got new entrance cards printed, but they still didnt work. The problem was with the lock, not the cards. Instead, we received a regular key and a promise that a technician would fix the lock. However, during our week-long stay, the repair was not done. Hopefully, it will be fixed afterward. From a maintenance perspective, the houses are quite old and could be kept in better condition. In our house, there was also a small crack in the wallpaper. In the summer, insects could gather there. It would be nice to seal that crack, which is about a meter long and a millimeter wide. One of the rooms radiators wasnt working well. Overall, we like the area. It would be great if the cottages were also maintained properly. I remember the mice from the last time. Mouse droppings were everywhere, including on the kitchen table, chairs, towels, and sofas. The terrible squeaking at night ruined our vacation. The promises made by the staff to fix the situation were not fulfilled. To top it all off, someone hit the side of our car and dented the fender. Not very badly, but noticeably. The culprit fled, and the damage is around 1000 euros. The parking lot lacks surveillance, although I didnt expect it to have any.

Lovely break in nature at the sea Was a really pleasant stay, so close to the real nature of the region, while still having the facilities of the park and other things (like a supermarket) within easy walking distance.

Mäuse im Haus In dem Haus, in dem wir wohnten, gab es Mäuse oder wahrscheinlich sogar Ratten. Sie störten uns in der Nacht, und wir fanden überall Exkremente. Ich fand ein Loch, durch das sie hereinkamen, und verschloss es mit Papier, aber es wurde nur noch lauter und sie fanden einen anderen Weg. Schließlich sind wir einen Tag früher abgereist. Dieses Problem bestand eindeutig schon vor unserem Aufenthalt und wurde nicht gelöst. Ich meldete das Problem an der Rezeption, und anhand ihrer Reaktion verstand ich, dass sie bereits davon wussten. So ein Loch in der Küche könnten Mäuse oder Ratten nicht an einem Tag nagen. Die Parkverwaltung sollte uns eigentlich eine Entschädigung zahlen.

Good place to stay Gate stoped working on last day after midnight so please fix that! Other than that all good and very clean

We spent a relaxing pleasant holiday in the green. At a bike ride from the beach, the dunes and many nice small towns around. Everything was well organized. Easy and quick check- in and check-out. Our cottage was properly equipped with all the necessary items and furnitures.

Great holiday experience! We were pleasantly surprised by the size and good condition of the accommodation. The park itself was set in beautiful surroundings of trees and bushes, and the location in the Netherlands was great. The facilities were great, especially the addition of a heated swimming pool. The onsite shop was also very good, plus the opportunity to hire a bike onsite was also very handy. Overall a very nice relaxing holiday!

Osterurlaub 2025 Das Haus war toll. Lage und Einrichtung. Jeden Morgen konnte man frische Brötchen bekommen. Zum Ort konnte man gut zu Fuß laufen.

Das online Einchecken hat super geklappt, als wir ankamen ging direkt die Schranke hoch. Diesesmal hatten wir einen größeren Stellplatz, was wir auch beim nächsten Mal wieder so machen würden - auch wenn wir schon weit entfernt von den Sanitäranlagen waren. Die Sanitäranlagen waren sauber obwohl der Platz über Ostern komplett belegt war.

Toen we aankwamen bij het huisje wat wij hadden gereserveerd bleek het helemaal in de schaduw te staan.Bij de receptie gevraagd of er een mogelijkheid was om te ruilen met een ander huisje,was geen probleem.Na even zoeken kregen wij een huisje op een zonnige plaats.Klasse !!

Heerlijk verblijf op mooie locatie Fantastische omgeving. Chalet minder luxe dan verwacht. Huisje had schoner opgeleverd kunnen worden, zelf eerst lopen stofzuigen, gezien de etensresten van de vorige gasten nog op de grond lagen.

weer een leuk lang paasweekend gehad bij roompot. mooi park dicht bij mooi natuurpark en je loopt daarna zo de boulevard van egmond op.

Familiärer Park Sauberer und übersichtlicher Park. Die Kinderanimation mit Koos könnte gerne wieder mehr sein (z.B. Kinderdisco)

Kommen gerne wieder Wir misten leider Krankheitsbedingt früher abreisen , aber die drei Tage die wir da waren haben mir und meiner Familie sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Osterferien in Egmond an Zee Es war alles in Ordnung, die aufgetretenen Probleme mit Heizung und Spülmaschine wurden zeitnah gelöst.

Mobile Home /eine Woche im April Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Für uns zu weit vom Strand entfernt

Das Preisleistungsverhätnis war nicht gut, wir hatten einen 40 Quadratmeter großen Stellplatz der kaum Rasen hatte. Für drei Übernachtungen habe ich 204 Euro gezahlt! Die Sanitären Anlagen waren sauber aber ganz schlecht ausgestattet, in der Dusche gab es weder eine Ablage und keine Gelegenheit zum sitzen, lediglich einen Haken!

Urlaub über roompot in egmond Schöner Park, Parkfrei deshalb etwas mühselig mit dem Gepäck, sehr ruhig und nah am Meer

Urlaub bei Koos Es war schön , ich finde es nur schade, das Kids Club nur am Wochenende angeboten wird und nicht unter der Woche, in den Ferien.

Wir waren schon sehr oft im Ferienpark Egmont und lieben die tolle Lage. Die Häuser sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Diesmal waren wir im Auto freien Bereich,was uns durch die Ruhe sehr gut gefallen hat.

Toll ist das vorab einchecken! Und das sofortige durchfahren der Schranke nach Kennzeichenangabe. Verbessungsvorschlag: die Einfahrten auf die jeweiligen Platzbereiche als Parkverbot markieren (an dem jeweiligen Parkplatz direkt an den Einfahrten links und rechts)

Tolle Lage …so nah am Meer und man konnte alles wunderbar mit dem Fahrrad erledigen ,ob zum einkaufen oder zum Strand .wir haben nie das Auto gebraucht
