Stunning villas but poor surroundings The beach villa’s were great, really nicely designed & had everything needed inside. The beach itself also great - particularly when the weather was good. However I found the communication poor & the staff really unfriendly, we are English so there is a language barrier but still not good. We also thought the wider area is really run down, restaurants look tired & broken, the museums all shut down- pretty bleak really.

Ship-Spotters Dream I was there for ship-spotting, it is the best place in the world for my hobby. My only problem was i could not stop looking out of my window including whenever i woke at night, i am a very light sleeper so it was very often😂

The perfect stay We had the perfect long weekend. The houses are fantastic. modern, everything you need and a view to die for! We were lucky with the weather, yes, but this location is amazing with any kind of weather. The beach cafes are much closer by then we thought. All in all and must to do for everyone. And the best thing - I could bring my favorite child - 2 year old dachshund Billie ;)

Everything we needed for our stay was in the house , very clever space saving furniture & generally well organized . Great view. Lots of bars/restaurants within walking distance .

The villa was very cozy and we love the experiencie We recently stayed at this beautiful beach villa, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The villa is incredibly cozy, with comfortable furnishings and charming décor that added to the relaxing vibe. The proximity to the beach made our stay even more special; we could enjoy morning walks and a amazing sunsets.

Great Stay Nice facilities, easy to get to and check in and out was very easy

Great for a weekend but do not have too high expectations The location is great directly on the beach, especially if you have children. You have great beach bars right next to the houses. Some of them even have playgrounds for kids. Also the water & beach are perfect for children. Due to the many dogs, dog poo is literally everywhere. So you do have to look out for it but nothing Roompot can influence. Air quality was during our stay bad (7 on Apple Weather – which is the lowest possible rating), which we actually never have experienced before although we live in a very large city. This is due to the large ships going to Rotterdam harbour. However, for a weekend it does not really matter. The accommodation was equipped with extremely basic furniture that was worn down. I would have expected something else for an accommodation that you pay ~300 EUR / night for. At least some better blankets & mattresses would have been nice. What I liked was the large amount of towels – that was extremely handy.

Excellent getaway for families Very cozy houses with plenty space for big families. I like support of reception and thank you finding my wedding ring!!!

Very nice stay a very nice experience for the children, especially the proximity to the beach and port , this incredibly great view, the opportunity for children to play in the sand until late in the evening. Cleanliness was okay (neither too positive nor too negative). unfortunately not much emphasis is placed on waste separation in Rotterdam, which is a big waste. Above all, we had breakfast packages where each pastry was individually wrapped in plastic. Whats also a pity is that the cards in the beach bars are only in Dutch. Because our children get up at around 6 a.m., the breakfast service from 9 a.m. was quite late for us... above all, the delivery was delayed by almost 30 minutes on one day. Nevertheless, we will definitely travel there again

Amazing week at the North Sea The amazing advantage of the Beach Villa’s Hoek van Holland is staying directly on the beach. It is perfect as for family with kids (they played whole day at the sand) and for us (romantic sunset, sleeping room with the sea’s view).

Hoek van Holland vacation It was our first stay with Roompot. We were pleased with overall condition of the property, friendly stuff and neighborhood. Also there are plenty of the restaurants and children playgrounds nearby. We had even an electric charger with a good rate! Overall all looks good or better than in a pictures. We liked a lot our beach holiday, will come back there soon!

Als je een oogje dichtknijpt mbt de Rotterdamse haven is het erg leuk vertoeven op het strand. Wij vonden het wel veel drukker dan verwacht (was ook paasweekend) maar kwam ook door t verharde looppas wat vrij dicht op de villas ligt. Wij vonden de villa verouderd en dus erg duur voor wat je kreeg. Lees schimmel op badkamer en doorgezeten (slaap)bank. Verder vonden wij de keuken alles behalve volledig. Simpele zaken als: snijplank, pollepel, spatel, garde en soeplepel miste we. Ook een bezem om binnen het zand wat bij elkaar te vegen en op te ruimen tijdens ons verblijf. Of het terras schoon te houden hadden wij gewaardeerd. De bedden lagen prima.

Super Ausblick

Sehr schöne Lage und saubere Häuser. Die direkte Strandlage ist wundervoll. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Der Weg vom Parkplatz zum Haus ist etwas lang, vor allem, wenn man viel Gepäck oder Einkauf hat. Auch die unmittelbare Nähe zum Nachbarn ist etwas einschränkend. Ansonsten können wir die Häuser sehr empfehlen.

Für den Preis dieses Mal nicht gut Extrem defektes Mobiliar (Couch in Haus 52 völlig defekt). Bei Anreise extrem schmutzig. Nicht den Preis angemessen.

Auf dem Hundestrand Es ist ja nur ein kleines Ferienhäuschen gewesen, es gibt dort keine Aktivitäten, also kein Ferienpark, uns war wichtig das es einen Hundestrand gibt und es direkt am Meer liegt, das hatten wir und sind damit sehr zufrieden gewesen.

Außen hui, innen pfui Aufgrund des Preises haben wir eine deutlich bessere Inneneinrichtung der beach Villa erwartet. Die Couch war total zerrissen und kaputt, das Bad bzw die Dusche schimmelig und die Silikone kaputt. Der Schrank oben war ebenfalls nicht mehr in Ordnung. Eine Grundreinigung fehlte.

Schöne Location zum entspannen! Einzelbetten sind sehr ungewohnt und unpraktisch wenn man mit Kind reist, welches sich gerne mal zu den Eltern ins Bett kuscheln möchte. Es wäre vielleicht gut einige Häuser für Allergiker tierfrei zu halten.

Die Umgebung ist super , jedoch war es nicht so sauber wie erhofft.

Wunderschön Unser Aufenthalt war fantastisch! Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel und das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und geht auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste ein. Das Frühstück war lecker. Die Lage ist wunderschön. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Ein tolles Ferienhaus direkt mit Blick aufs Meer! Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt! Und obwohl es eine Doppelhaushälfte ist, haben wir von den Nachbarn nichts mitbekommen.

Toller Urlaub mit Hund Tolle Lage, super Service! Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal da. Die Lage am Strand und der Blick aus dem Haus sind einmalig. Unser Hund war begeistert von den langen Strandspaziergängen.

Prima bij lekker weer, maar wel aandachtspunten De woning zelf is vrij klein en best wel uitgeleefd. Het weer en de locatie maakte veel goed. Aan de receptie heel aardig over de klachten (bedwants). Daarna niets meer gehoord. Behoorlijk slecht qua klantenservice.

Da wir die Örtlichkeit schon von vorherigen Aufenthalten kannten, wussten wir auch, was wir antreffen.

Beach Villa Hoek van Holland Haus war im Vergleich zum Vorjahr abgenutzter. Schimmel an Duschkabine, Decke im Bad, Risse im Fußboden. Decke auf der Couch roch unangenehm und konnte daher nicht genutzt werden. Im Vorjahr gab es noch hochwertige Pflegeprodukte (Rituals) und ein Fön war vorhanden. Das kostenpflichtige Leihen eines Föns ist in Anbetracht der Preisklasse der Häuser indiskutabel. Auch bekommt jedes Haus in anderen Parks für Transporte einen Bollerwagen, hier muss man diesen kostenpflichtig leihen. Leider halten sich einige Hundehalter auch nicht daran, dass Hunde vor dem Haus, bis zum Weg an der Leine zu halten sind. Insoweit besteht Verbesserungsbedarf.

Kurztrip Die Strandhuisjes sind recht groß und komfortabel. Und ein Urlaub direkt am Strand ist einfach großartig.

Schöner Familienurlaub am Strand Schöne kleine Beach Villas. Mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Die Betten könnten etwas größer sein, sind aber sehr bequem. Natürlich bleibt es nicht aus, dass trotz Reinigung Sand im Haus ist. Für uns, die viel mit dem kleinen Kind auf dem Boden spielen, hätte die Reinigung aber etwas gründlicher ausfallen können.

Traumhafter Kurzurlaub Wir fanden das Haus sehr ansprechend und gemütlich eingerichtet, jedoch waren die Betten viel zu schmal und die Matratzen sehr ungemütlich. Ansonsten eine sehr schöne Unterkunft an einem fantastischen Ort.
