We appreciate thé House and site , but would appreciate to arrive one hour earlier and Leave at 11 am

Relaxed holiday We booked the house to get a view of the water which was so relaxing. It had a gated garden and decking so we could sit out and brave the north winds to drink our coffee. This was a great base to explore the sea wall with fantastic beaches everywhere. With 3 different generations the house and area had something for everyone and the dog just loved the sand and all the walks we did. We will be back.

Great location and accommodation Excellent, as usual. No complaints. We will be back.

Had a good time but expected more. Cancellation/Booking process of lastminute stay is deceiving, be ware! I thought we would be more isolated, that there would be more green in the area, and that it was easier to access; we arrived in the night, from France, so we came in on small dark roads.

Clean & neat Well maintained property. Very clean.

VUIL HUIS Het was vuil, het huis is al lang niet meer gekuist. Echt vies, de lakens hadden oude ingekoekte vlekken, BAH! En honden welkom, echt vuil overal vegen op de muren, vloer nooit gekuist. Er hengen overal spinnenwebben, zeker ook boven de tafel waar je moet eten. Een huis voor 9 mensen met een eetgelegenheid voor 8....

Park area was great, well maintained and peaceful. Check in was without problems. The food at the restaurant was good and staff very friendly. Cleaness of the house was not great. Breadcrums on the sofa. An entire peace of bread under the sofa. Multiple spiders everywhere and some of the frying pans have defently not been washed. The fence in a home had multiple holes. They tried to fix it but a small dog could still escape. The gardener rocked up at 8:30 in the morning went to garden and started working without any notification. While having our breakfast we suddenly just saw people in our garden. After work the left, leaving the gate open and our dog nearly run away. So also forgot some gardening tools and an empty can which has been used as ashtry in our garden

Just the cleanliness was bad. The bathrooms were dirty. Had a bad odour. The dishes were not clean.

Better than expectations Spacious home and well decorated with many available goods for our use. Facility met our expectation with child friendly options. Moreover it’s nearby to the beach and surrounding locations.

Enjoyable family vacation in Catzand The lovely accommodations in a picturesque setting exceeded our expectations. The onsite bike rental and supermarket are si convenient! We will definitely book again.

Relaxing holidays Relaxing, calm, green, close to nature

No obvious central area for kids to gather and play games. At other Roompots there are central space Where kids can self organise games near where the parents are. E.g. outside the restaurant. Access to the Astro pitch is not easy (very far from rest of site) and empty as not a central place. Would be good to have a central area. Eg Kijkduin.

friendliness of your staff at the reception

Fully what we hoped to find, peace, tranquility, a friendly staff, as ist wasnt our first stage at the park it wont surely not be the last.

Midweekje in april 2025 met vrienden Fijn park, mooie verblijven. Mooie omgeving, fijn om te fietsen en te wandelen.

Top verblijf Vriendelijk ontvangst, bungalow was schoon en ruim. Medewerkers in het restaurant heel vriendelijk. We kregen een drankje aangeboden omdat we wat langer moesten wachten op ons hoofdgerecht ivm met nieuw systeem. Komen zeker terug.

Oppervlakkig leek het huis proper maar na enkele uren zagen we toch dat het wel eens een grondige poetsbeurt nodig heeft.

Komme wieder Sauber, nähe zum Meer und Stadt, alles was man benötigte war Fussläufig erreichbar

Eine schöne Woche in Cadzand-Bad Im Gesamten eine schöne Woche im Roompot verbringen können, waren das zweite Mal dort. Anlage, Haus war alles in Ordnung. Schön ist der kurze Weg an den Strand und die kleine Mall mit den Restaurants, Supermarkt und der Kibbeling-Bude :-) Im gesamten passte es absolut.

Enttäuscht Das Haus war leider absolut nicht standardgemäß ausgestattet und hatte viele kaputte Möbel / Einrichtungsgegenstände. Der Preis für die Unterkunft war entsprechend viel zu hoch.

Instant vakantiegevoel Heel mooi vakantiepark, waterhuisjes hebben heel mooi uitzicht

Früher war manches besser... Leider nimmt die Qualität spürbar ab: das Haus war um 16 Uhr noch nicht fertig, es war schlecht gereinigt, das Geschirr war schlecht gespült, die Spülmaschine mussten wir reinigen, um sie verwenden zu können und im Abstellraum und der Küche liefen überall Ameisen herum.

Paasvakantie Wij genieten steeds opnieuw van de combinatie rust/ontspanning en activiteiten. De animatie met Koos Konijn waren minder goed dan vorig jaar. De animatoren kenden de dansjes niet en wisten niet hoe je de knutsel/tekenplaat moest afwerken. Het huisje zelf was niet grondig genoeg gepoetst. De ramen waren erg vuil, ook de bovenkant van alle kasten lag vol stof, kauwgum onder het bed en lange haren in de douche. Ons verblijf was vorig jaar veel beter dan dit verlof.

Fijne eerste ervaring Ruim en luxe huisje, voldoende aanbod entertainment, goede locatie aan zee.

Leuk met kinderen + Mooi park met speeltoestellen voor de kinderen + op wandelafstand van de zee - de schoonmaak kan beter - jammer van de norse medewerkers aan de receptie

Entspannter Familienurlaub Das Haus war sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet, die Nähe zum Meer super und die Einkaufs- und Versorgungsmöglichkeiten gut. Buchung, Check-In und Check-out waren komplett online möglich, was richtig praktisch war.
