Beach houses right by the sea
The beach houses are situated on the beach of Wijk aan Zee in North Holland. From the veranda of the beach house you can hear the sound of the waves and enjoy a unique view of the sea - at any time of the day. The houses are fully equipped with a bathroom and kitchen and can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Ideal for your family beach holiday.
Explore the beach and dunes
The beach offers numerous activities in addition to swimming, sunbathing and building sandcastles. Come to the North Pier and try your hand at beach sailing, power kiting or surfing. You can also brave the North Sea waves in a kayak.Tucked away in the dunes in various places you will find old bunkers that are part of the IJmuiden Fortress.
Culinary delights on the beach
Strandpaviljoen De Kust is located right next to the beach houses and offers a range of delicious breakfast options, a varied lunch menu and salads, various main courses and burgers for dinner. Simply always worth a visit! This is also the place to go in summer if you want to hire a beach lounger or buy a snack or ice cream.

The North Sea is a stone's throw from your accommodation and invites you to take a refreshing dip in the salty water.
Is the water temperature still a bit too chilly? Then you can always sunbathe on a bed, build a sandcastle or get a breath of fresh air on a long beach walk.
Right next to the beach houses is the Strandpaviljoen De Kust. Here we offer dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner made from fresh products. Enjoy a selection of different breakfast packages, lunch dishes and extensive dishes for a cozy dinner.
You've also come to the right place if you're a little hungry in between meals. The take away service provides you with various snacks and ice cream.
The beach, the largest sandpit in the Netherlands is right on your doorstep and offers plenty of space for hours of fun in the fresh air. Whether you want to build sandcastles, fly kites or jump into the waves, there's no chance of boredom here.

There is always something going on at the beach. Like going beach sailing, power kiting, surfing, or you can step into a kayak at the North Pier and brave the waves. In the dunes you can discover bunkers in various spots, part of the fortress of IJmuiden. There is also plenty to do behind the dunes. There are several restaurants located in the cosy Wijk aan Zee. Would you like to visit the big city? You can drive to Amsterdam, Haarlem or Alkmaar by car in about half an hour. National Park Zuid-Kennemerland near Bloemendaal is a beautiful nature reserve for walking. But it's also great just staying at your beach house with a book. In the evening, you will be treated to a sunset and see the stars in the sky. Enjoy!
