A highly enjoyable family amusement park for a day out. Hidden in the woods, you can enjoy thrilling rides, great shows and exciting events. Step into the rafting boat, crawl through the dark sewers or take a ride on the back of a dragon!

Just 1 km from the park lies a vast dog exercise area covering 155 hectares. Here, dogs run and play freely, with the large pit being their favourite spot. You are also welcome to bring your dog outside the exercise area, provided it is kept on a lead.

Hiking, cycling, walks off the lead for your dog, fine dining and drinking: all in this wonderful area around Holten. Enjoy the delightful views and moors during one of the many hiking and bike trails and discover nature’s purple glow.

Holterberg is home to the Nature Diorama with its life-size dioramas. Look into the life-size 'peep boxes' and stand eye-to-eye with over 1,000 animals. Lifelike scenes are depicted in the dioramas.

Discover the Regge area of Twente on an electric boat. The motors of these boat are as quiet as a whisper, making them highly environmentally friendly and allowing you to truly enjoy nature. There’s plenty to view and experience on the way.

A varied 19.5 km mountain bike route starts 250 metres from the park. You’ll ride along unpaved trails with changes in elevation, through a varied landscape and past technical sections and single tracks. Along the way, you can link up with the blue and green routes for a longer ride.

The museum of the imagination, where each exhibition tells you all about the culture of the present and the past. Enjoy contemporary, modern and classical art in 36 rooms. Enjoy a cup of coffee and a snack in the courtyard garden.

Clog maker Martin Dijkman regularly gives clog-making demonstrations (by appointment). You can also find a fantastic clog mosaic of Rembrandt’s “The Night Watch” – 30,000 mini hand-painted clogs which make up Rembrandt’s masterpiece!
