This new, detached villa is suitable for eight people. Downstairs, you will find the living room, which features a smart TV, and the kitchen, which is equipped with a combination microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and more. There is one bedroom with two single beds and an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, one of which features an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. The bedrooms are furnished with two single beds. The third bathroom features a walk-in shower. Furthermore, the villa has two separate toilets. Outside, you will find the garden and furnished patio. The villa is located on the water (with opportunities for fishing), has its own jetty and comes with the use of a sloop from February to October. The villa has two parking spaces and Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
