This detached villa can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children up to the age of 12. The well-lit living room with underfloor heating is reached through the hallway that has a separate toilet. The spacious seating area has ample room for the children to play. This villa has 2 bedrooms and 1 sleeping loft in total. 1 Bedroom is furnished as a kid's bedroom and suitable for true Koos fans. There is a bunk bed, a Koos beanbag and a toy kitchen with table ware. The mattresses on the bunk bed are 80 x 200 cm in size. The other bedroom has 2 single beds. The staircase in the living room leads to the cosy sleeping loft, and this has 2 single beds too. The sleeping loft can be closed with a curtain. The 2 bathrooms are downstairs. Both have underfloor heating. 1 Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other bathroom with has a walk-in shower and a toilet. There is patio furniture available on the deck. There is a lounge set and a picnic table for children too. The garden fence is shared with other villas of this type, so children can play together safely outside. The villa is located near a playground. Nice extra: the water villa has a storage room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. You can use free Wi-Fi during your stay.
