Bed linen is included in the report because Landal pays the proceeds from this to the Owners' Association (VVE) on behalf of the owners. The owners make their homes, including bed linen, available for rental through Landal. The invoice from the bed linen supplier is paid on behalf of the owners via the VVE. At a number of parks, the proceeds from bed linen go to Landal. Your rental agreement will state whether this applies to you.
