First of all, we wish you a speedy recovery. You can cancel free of charge within 72 hours of making your booking. This applies to bookings with an arrival date of at least six weeks from the date of booking. Cancelling is very easy via My bookings. Have you booked a last-minute holiday with an arrival date within six weeks? Or do you want to cancel after 72 hours? Then our normal cancellation fees apply. How much you pay for cancelling depends on when you cancel. If you have taken out cancellation insurance, you can check your policy conditions to see if you can get these costs refunded. Can you log in to the account used to make the booking? If so, you can easily cancel the booking yourself via My Bookings. If you cannot log in to the account, please contact our guest services.
